I started Subset in 2014 because I was frustrated by how much of every production was outsourced and passed between third parties. So we built the control room, the network and the software ourselves, and one team runs all of it. When something goes wrong, there is one phone number to call, and it is ours.
The people who plan your production are the people who run it on the day.
Our monitoring room in Enfield is staffed around the clock, so if something goes wrong at 3am, the person who picks up the phone can already see it.
